How is the situation with a DFS function with the latest reelease of APPro5003v2? I think there is not possible to see or change DFS status? And what is the meaning of options in Noise Immunity menu (Normal 802.11 Operation / Channel Hopping / High 802.11 Traffic)?

The DFS is enabled or disabled, depending on selected region (as required in that particular region). We do not have a 5 GHz radar here, so we cannot verify its operation with 100% confidence.

Atheros noise immunity is a hardware feature with relatively little info about it. Exact description of these options is scattered across Atheros documentation and various forums (mainly MADWifi).

There was an option in previous generation software IEEE 802.11h TPC/DFS...so why it is not there to be sure of the DFS status?

I wanted to check if DFS/TPC is enabled or diabled in different country code settings... so I did chcck this command:

Code:
myprompt# iwpriv ath0 get_doth

but the result is always 0 = disabled ??
Code:
ath0 get doth:0

Is this really the right way how to identify if the DFS is currently on or off?
